Five Fall Favorites for your Weekend Inspiration

Now that everyone, including the weather, is pretty much in agreement that it's fall, we've been doing a round up of the meals we want to make again. The farmers market this week should be filled with lots of late summer vegetables like butternut squash, cauliflower, eggplant, cranberries, and the like. Oh, and lots of apples and apple cider donuts.

So here they are in no particular order. We'll make at least one of these this weekend, and hope you will too!

Eggplant Parmesan from Young, Broke, and Hungry

Grape and Rosemary Focaccia from Lottie and Doof

Turkey Chili from Gonna want Seconds

Butternut Squash Risotto from Serious Eats

Penne with Brussel Sprouts from Skinny Taste

Pumpkin Pancakes from We're not Martha

  1. Oh how I wish my little family liked eggplant! Everything looks delicious!

  2. The butternut squash risotto sounds like an excellent idea for dinner this week. Thanks for sharing! Also, grape and rosemary sounds like an interesting combination.

  3. Thanks! We made the eggplant Parmesan tonight, it was really good. Well post about it shortly.

Sara, definitely agree. Were going to hopefully make. The butternut squash risotto tomorrow if we don't get too lazy... :)

  4. Yum Yum Yum!!! Can't wait to break out my "cold weather" recipes either.

We love getting comments, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your thoughts!
